Click on 'Register' button at the top >> fill the registration form >> click on Register.

Que 2: How to create my matrimonial profile?

For new members: After payment, you will be redirected to ‘My account’.

Click on ‘Create My Profile’ >> fill the form >> click on ‘Save’ button >> go to ‘Pictures’ tab >> upload your pictures >> click on ‘Save’ button.

For existing members: Login into your account >> click on 'My account’ at top >> click on ‘Edit My Profile’ or ‘Create My Profile’ >> fill the form >> click on ‘Save’.

Que 3: How to take membership of panchalvivah.com?

Go to 'Our Plans' page >> select your membership plan >> make an online payment.

Que 4: What is the difference between Gold and Diamond membership?

In Gold membership, your profile will be visible to other registered members and you will be able to view the profile of all registered members.

In Diamond membership, you will receive below-mentioned VIP options:

1. We will put your profile in the 'Premium Profiles' section on the homepage. So anyone who visits our website/App will see your profile.

2. We will send your profile to all our registered members 4 times a year so that it reaches to all our members.

Que 5: How to reset my password?

Click on ‘Login’ at top >> click on ‘Forgot Password?’ >> enter your registered email >> click on ‘Recover’.

You will receive a password reset link on your email.

Que 6: How to search for others’ profile?

Click on the ‘Search’ button (Search button is at 3 places: 1. In the top menu, 2. At the bottom under ‘customer service’, 3. On ‘Homepage’) >> select required fields >> click on ‘Search’ button

Search by ID option is also there at the top.
